Quality starts in the vineyard
Our wines are the faithful expression of their origin thanks to Terroir Management practices that consist of articulating the work in the vineyard with the processes in the winery.
Our vineyards are located in the first wine-making regions of Mendoza and Salta, 1000 meters above sea level. The 70% of the surface is planted with Malbec grapes, and more than the half of those grapes are at least 80 years old. This is why, together with manual harvesting, sorting tables and teamwork, the production is balanced and the quality guaranteed.
What does terroir mean?
The word terroir is French. The concept includes plants, soil and subsoil, microclimate, meltwater, and human factor that combined impact on the grapes to imprint character on the wine.
